Road to Rehab - Full day workshop  05/10/24

An informative and interactive workshop focusing on the psychological and physical pre-requisites for building strength, balance and suppleness and how we can use horsemanship principles to achieve them.  Essential for anyone undergoing a rehab programme with their horse or just looking to improve muscle tone, topline and performance.

Tash (BSc hons Equestrian Psychology and Equine Sport Science), holds extensive knowledge of equine psychology and physiology and the intricate ways that they affect one another. 

Join her for a fun and informative day  consisting  of a morning of interactive classroom learning and an afternoon of practical demonstrations
Please note this is a horse-less workshop, demonstrations will be given on horses selected by Tash for for this workshop. Please do not bring your own!
